a few thoughts
From the local grocery store:
Can anyone explain to me what a “Hispanic pastry” is?
Apparently it’s a pastry made by Hispanic people.
I bet they’re thinking of an empanada of some kind. That’s the only distinctively “hispanic” pastry I can think of, if I interpret “hispanic” broadly (or in Spanish).
